Papersign MCP server
The contract is ready, the signer's details are in an email thread, and the template is in another tab. Ask your assistant to send it instead. It fills your Papersign template, shows you who signs and what's filled in, and sends it once you say yes.
"Send the contractor agreement to alex@example.com for signature, start date 1 December."
Your assistant finds the template, fills in the details, and shows you each signer and value before anything goes out.
"Which documents are still waiting on a signature?"
It tells you what's out, who has signed and who hasn't.
"Cancel the NDA I just sent to the wrong address."
It cancels the document once you confirm, so you can send it again to the right person.
Your signers don't need an account, an app or a payment to sign, on any device.
Papersign is part of the Paperform family. If your team also uses Paperform and Stepper, the same connection builds the form and the workflow too. Ask for the whole flow:
"When someone submits our onboarding form, add them to the client sheet and send them our engagement letter to sign."
Your assistant builds the form, sets up the workflow, and fills each engagement letter from the form's answers.

A document sent this way is the same as any document you send from Papersign. E-signatures are legally binding for most kinds of documents, in many locations, though some documents, such as wills and deeds, usually need a handwritten signature. Papersign implements the technical requirements of the ESIGN Act and UETA (US), ETA and ETR (AU), eIDAS (EU) and UK eIDAS, except for Qualified Electronic Signatures (QES). Paperform is not a licensed legal provider, so seek legal advice for your situation.
Your assistant checks with you before anything goes out. AI can misread a request, so check the signers, email addresses, dates and amounts before you approve. If something does go out wrong, ask it to cancel the document.
The same connection builds Paperform forms and Stepper workflows.
